Shevasta

Shevasta is a male half elf fighter/cleric who once accidently caused a scene of panic at the docks in Tieli. He was covered in Dust of Disappearance and went to look in the river to see if he could see any giant gar swimming about the place. Kneeling at the edge of the dock, he stuck his head right into the water. There were in fact no giant garr to be seen swimming by at that moment, so he took his head out of the water and made his way along the docks. Sticking his head into the water had washed the Dust of Disappearance off of his head, so to the fisherfolk and dock workers it looked just as if a disembodied head had suddenly risen out of the water and was now floating along the dockside. Naturally, lots of them screamed and fled in horror! Shevasta wondered why everyone seemed to be so scared of him. It was not until later that he worked it out.

Shevasta also had the most appalling luck with a Deck of Many Things, first losing all his money and material wealth, and then having his body continuing to function whilst his soul was trapped elsewhere. Some of his friends undertook a considerable and difficult series of quests to restore his soul to his body, and in the end they finally managed it.
